    Must have handled an average of minimum 5 students per month during tenure

    📝 Note: Both criteria must be satisfied simultaneously to qualify for the loyalty program. Eligibility is reviewed quarterly before score calculation.

    📊 Scoring Components +

    The teacher’s loyalty score is calculated using two key components:

    • 📈 Student Average: Based on the average number of students handled across 3 consecutive months (rounded to nearest whole number).
    • ⚙️ Process Adherence: 25% of the Student Average, adjusted based on management’s evaluation of punctuality, integrity, teaching quality, assignment process, student retention and professional conduct.

    📋 Step-by-Step Process:

    Step 1: Calculate Student Average

    Sum the student counts for 3 consecutive months, divide by 3, then round to the nearest whole number.

    Step 2: Calculate Process Adherence


    Process Adherence = Student Average × 25%

    Step 3: Final Score Calculation


    Final Score = Student Average + Process Adherence (rounded)

    📊 Sample Calculation:

    Monthly Student Counts: 6, 5, 8

    Average = (6 + 5 + 8) ÷ 3 = 6.33 → Rounded to 6

    Process Adherence Calculation:

    If management decides to give score of 25% for process adherence, then one will get

    25% of 6 = 1.5

    Final Score Calculation:

    6 + 1.5 = 7.5 → Rounded to 8 Points
